Philly Student Union – Community Space Use Agreement
Welcome to the Philly Student Union HQ! We're excited to share this space with community members who are building toward a shared horizon of youth power, justice, and collective care.
This agreement is meant to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the space remains welcoming and cared for by all who use it.
This form will help us:
Confirm what parts of the space you’re using, and when
Identify who’s responsible for the event
Make sure you know how to enter, exit, and reset the space
Hold shared expectations around care, safety, and equipment use
Space Overview
PSU’s HQ is relatively modular with a few items restricted from movement including our ancestral alter and merch shelf. Our space includes:
A large open space with couches, co-working tables, and a whiteboard wall
A kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave — no stove)
Two smaller breakout rooms
One all-gender bathroom
TV, Bluetooth speaker, printer
Wifi
2 couches (seats 7–8), 15 folding chairs, 10 office chairs
